Lite is for hosts who are outgrowing the free tier:

- Up to 100 invites per event
- Up to 100 RSVPs per event
- 1,000 emails per week
- 2 listing pages
This is a great fit if you run a monthly gathering or a recurring dinner series.
Pro — $29/month
Most popular. Pro is built for serious community builders:
- 10 active events
- Up to 250 invites per event
- Up to 250 RSVPs per event
- 2,500 emails per week
- 4 listing pages
If you’re running multiple events simultaneously—or hosting events with 100+ guests—Pro is your plan.
Plus — $79/month
Plus is for high-volume hosts and organizations:
- Unlimited active events
- Up to 1,500 invites per event
- Up to 1,500 RSVPs per event
- 5,000 emails per week
- Unlimited listing pages
If you’re managing a large professional community, a conference series, or dozens of events per month, Plus removes all the limits.
Which Plan Is Right for You?
Choose Free if: You host 1–2 events occasionally with fewer than 40 attendees.
Choose Lite if: You host a regular monthly event with up to 100 guests, or you want to run a few events simultaneously.
Choose Pro if: You’re a community organizer, run weekly or monthly events, host 100–250 guests, or need more than 1,000 emails per week.
Choose Plus if: You manage large communities, need unlimited events, or host events with up to 1,500 attendees.

Yes. Cancel any time, no questions asked. Your paid features stay active through the end of your billing period.
What are “active events”?
Active events are upcoming events you currently have. Past events don’t count against your limit.
What happens if I hit my limits?
Mixily will notify you before you hit them and help you figure out your next step.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade anytime. To downgrade, contact Mixily.
What if I just need more for one big event?
Upgrade before your event, then cancel after. You’ll keep access through the end of the billing month.
