March Feature Digest: Virtual events, ticketing features

It's been a long few weeks in the world. Hugs, solidarity and cheer to anyone and everyone who needs it today. We've been spending our time on firming up the mobile UX, improving hosting features, and providing better support for virtual / streaming events. Some highlights:

Virtual location detector: If your location is a video URL, we link-ify it and display the relevant icon for Google Hangouts, Zoom, YouTube, or Facebook streaming

Customizable purchase confirmation text: Selling tickets on Mixily? Now you can include a personalized message for patrons of your event—to reveal the secret location, for example, or the full schedule.

Contact list: Updates to your guest information will automatically be saved in your Contacts for next time.

Guest list downloads: Your guest list download now includes the guests' ticket type

Lastly, we launched a small side project, quarantineculture.com, that aggregates streaming performances, readings, and educational workshops to help the arts community broadcast its works—check it out!
