Manual Cinema’s Christmas Carol is live until December 20th
Looking for a fun holiday themed activity from the comfort of your home? Manual Cinema is performing live shows of their 2020 adaptation of The Christmas Carol thru December 20th. In the show “Aunt Trudy” shares a puppet show to her family over Zoom - and you feel like you’re a part of the family. Manual Cinema's Christmas Carol is a live-performed, live-streamed event using hundreds of paper puppets, miniatures, silhouettes, and a live original score. The show is performed from Manual Cinema's studio in Chicago each night, and beamed to you LIVE! After the show you’ll get a behind the scenes tour of the studio and have the opportunity to ask the crew questions via the live chat. They will show off the paper puppets, projectors, and lights that made all the magic happen.
This isn’t another Zoom pop up or Youtube link, you’ll receive a unique link to stream the show directly on Manual Cinema’s website powered by Mixily’s Virtual Venue. You’ll see Manual Cinema’s branding and a live chat and feel like you’re entering into the theater along with your friends.
Support the arts, small businesses, and spread holiday cheer by getting tickets for your family and friends. With Mixily’s secure ticketing, each ticket will receive one streaming link which can be viewed from one device at one showtime only. If you’re purchasing tickets as gifts for someone in another household, be sure to purchase an additional ticket so that the link can be streamed on multiple devices.
